What is a Microgreen?

Microgreens are vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon (first two) leaves have developed. They contain 4-40x the amount of nutrients as their full-grown counterparts and can be eaten cooked or raw. Microgreens are full of flavor and can add sweetness or spiciness to foods!

What will I receive with my subscription?

You will receive your custom order of a single crop, or the house blend, which currently includes Sunflower, Pea, Rambo Radish, and Salad Mix. They will be delivered fresh to your door ready to eat!

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

You do not need to be home for your delivery. We ask that you please leave a cooler with an ice pack by your front door or other obvious place in front of your house to use for drop off. (In the future, subscribers will be provided with an ice pack.)

How should I store my Microgreens?

Cut microgreens must be kept refriderated to stay fresh! You may add a paper towel to your container to keep them fresher longer, and we recommend keeping them in the "crisper" drawer of your refrigerator. Rinse only what you are about to eat to keep the pack fresher longer!
