A brief history
Ryan, Lauren, and Will have been a family since 2016. Lauren and Will were already vegan when they met Ryan, who was transitioning to a plant-based diet (and the rest is history!) After buying their house in the fall of 2020, they couldn't wait to start a garden. That finally happened when Ryan lost his job in March 2021 and they decided to jump feet-first into a microfarm!
Where we are today
It started with a few fruit bushes and some tomato plants, and has grown into a full microfarm plus microgreens delivery service! We currently offer home and office delivery, as well as restaurant service. You can also catch us at the Grow Local Farmers' Market every Wednesday evening from 5-8pm at the Art Center of Corpus Christi and every Saturday at the Corpus Christi Southside Farmers' Market from 9am-12pm located at 5800 Everhart Rd.
