Meet the team
We love our greens in this house! We have always challenged each other to make fun, healthy meals without eating the same thing week after week. Eating a plant-based diet for our health is a passion we want to share with the Coastal Bend community. Growing our own food was the start, but now we are ready to grow for your family, too!
Ryan McNabb
Ryan is our head farmer! He loves spending his mornings in the garden with a cup of coffee. Getting your microgreens perfect has become his passion. When he's not farming, he can be found video editing or homeschooling Will.
Lauren McNabb
Lauren is in charge of social media, marketing, and customer service. She loves sharing her favorite plant-based recipes, and works full-time as a massage therapist. When she isn't working she is studying plant-based nutrition or curled up with a book!
Mr. Will
Will is our assistant farmer and the face of the farm! He loves getting his hands dirty and helping with everything in the garden he can. Will loves to share his plant knowledge with customers, and when he isn't working on the farm or homeschooling, he's playing Minecraft!
